ROBOTIC LINE TO ASSEMBLE AND QUALITY TEST THE WHEEL HUBS WITH BEARING AND ABS RING

This robotic lines has been studied and realized to automatically assemble wheel hubs with relative components by means of robot and pressing presses.

The robot, with flow-rate strenght 350 kg.manages the wheel hub movements while the second robot is dedicated to all the components movements.

The whole robotic operates in complete autonomy by means of a specific dedicated software that communicates all the necessary information (power and pressing quota).

When assembly is achieved, the hub is transferred to the test unit where the hub rolling torqued is checked to validate the product.

This quality test is done on all the assembled hubs (100%)
The compliant hubs are marked in order to guarantee their traceability.
